Geeta Clinic offers Ayurvedic healthcare, including consultations, treatments, and wellness advice. Our services are intended to support overall health and well-being but are not a substitute for emergency medical care. In case of medical emergencies, please contact emergency services immediately.


2. Appointments and Consultations

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We request patients arrive on time for scheduled appointments. If unable to attend, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Repeat no-shows or cancellations may impact your future scheduling.


3. Medical Records and Privacy

Patient records are confidential and are maintained according to our Privacy Policy. We ensure the security and confidentiality of personal health information, which will only be used for treatment purposes, clinic operations, or as legally required. 4. Payment Terms

All payments for consultations, treatments, and medications should be completed at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept UPI, Credit card & Debit card. Failure to pay may result in restrictions on further services until the balance is settled.


5. Treatment and Medical Advice

Geeta Clinic provides Ayurvedic treatment based on individual assessments. Treatment outcomes may vary, and the clinic does not guarantee specific results. Patients are responsible for following prescribed treatments and discussing any side effects or concerns with their practitioner.


6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Payments made for consultations or treatments are generally non-refundable unless due to unforeseen clinic cancellations. For prepaid packages, please contact us for refund eligibility in cases of discontinuation.


7. Limitation of Liability

Geeta Clinic and its practitioners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our services are not a replacement for conventional medical treatments in certain health situations; patients are encouraged to seek necessary medical attention as needed.


8. Code of Conduct

We expect respectful behavior within the clinic premises. Any form of harassment, abusive language, or disruptive behavior may lead to refusal of service.


9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Geeta Clinic reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be made available at the clinic or on our website.
