We offer standard and expedited shipping options for all eligible orders.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, destination, and selected delivery method. The final shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.
2. Delivery Timelines
Standard Shipping: Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Expedited orders are delivered within 2-3 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on location and availability of products. Public holidays, weekends, or unexpected circumstances may cause delays.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
4. In-Clinic Pickup
Patients may choose to pick up orders directly from Geeta Clinic during clinic hours.
Please select the "In-Clinic Pickup" option at checkout. We will notify you once your order is ready for collection.
5. Delayed or Lost Deliveries
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us for assistance. In the rare event that an order is lost in transit, we will work to provide a replacement or issue a refund, subject to investigation with the courier service.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We may request photo evidence and will work to resolve the issue promptly through replacement or refund.
